Is the bottom really in?

While the Stars model doesn’t rely on market direction, many investors are asking the same question: where are we headed next?

Here’s my take 👇
Historically, we get a market correction every two years. But this one is different — it’s layered with global trade friction and tariffs. My short-term outlook for $TQQQ is a range between $35–$60 over the next three months. After that, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a drop toward the COVID-era low of $15 before year-end.

For a true market bottom, you usually see one or more of the following:
-Silly prices
-“Blood in the streets”
-Bankruptcies
-Capitulation

We haven’t seen any of these yet.

Add in inflation concerns and declining earnings, and the current bullish consensus — to remain 100% invested — feels a bit too optimistic.
That said, this too shall pass. Once we clear this phase, the long-term outlook becomes much more favorable.

As for the Stars model? It remains adaptive — rebalancing to either 40% or 60% at year-end — independent of where the market goes.
